Beyond the completion of the Plan, our team helps a community strategize on how to best pursue various funding sources and partnerships to begin the implementation portion of the Plan. Our Team has assisted clients and communities secure over $100 Million in grants/loans and partnerships to bring projects to life.

Vast Experience in the Public Forum…

Our Team has countless hours of interviewing and surveying the most world’s most diverse audiences. We understand the importance of understanding the environs we plan. Not only will we survey your community, but we’ll embrace every level of human activity in your community, from attending community events to public meetings. This level of interaction is absolutely needed for an innovative plan to be adopted and implemented.

We've built our success stories one client at a time, and we truly believe wholeheartedly that "less is more."
